1. Returns and refunds are covered for physical product damages, safety cap breakage during delivery, Wrong product dispatch.
  2. The customer should raise the concern within 72 hours of delivery for physical damages/ safety cap breakage during delivery or Wrong product dispatch.
  3. In case of refund, shipping charges will be borne by the customer and product cost would be refunded.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business working days upon approval.
  5. Refunds are applicable to all products however products need to be unused for refund to be processed.
