Delivery For local products

We ship all over Bangladesh All orders are shipped with an order number, and the tracking number is the same as the order number. Delivery timeline: Inside Dhaka city and Chittagong city: within 24-48 hours, All over Bangladesh except Dhaka and Chittagong city 48-36 hours. The delivery time may be longer than normal during sale periods and promotions.

Delivery For overseas products

We ship all over Bangladesh All orders are shipped with an order number, and the tracking number is the same as the order number. Delivery timeline: All over Bangladesh, 15-20 days. The delivery time may be longer than normal during sale periods and promotions.

Return

ATA MOIDA will accept exchanges and returns of unused items within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period and need a solid reason to return), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
