XII. Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are covered for physical product damages, safety cap breakage during delivery, Wrong product dispatch.
Customer should raise the concern within 72 hours of delivery for physical damages/ safety cap breakage during delivery or Wrong product dispatch.
In case of refund, shipping charges will be borne by customer and product cost would be refunded.
