How to use:
For perfect eyeliner application is to hold the brush flat and get as possible as close to the lash line and start in the middle while you drag to the outer corners. To line the inner corners use the leftover product. Then, create a wing follow your lower lash line to going upwards and this step helps you make sure that your liner is equal.
